Landfill Gas Equipment

As the US population consumes goods, we generate a lot of waste. The majority of these waste materials are generally organic in nature and consist of a chemical matrix that encompasses almost every chemical compound known to man. As these compounds degrade in a landfill cell, anaerobic bacteria take hold and a quagmire of leachate liquids settle towards the bottom of the landfill cell as Methane Gas is generated inside the cell.

At PRM, we ensure the proper management of these liquids and gases. Liquids in the form of leachate and condensate liquids are removed for treatment/disposal. Removal of these liquids yields more space for gas generation. These gases are collected and either flared off where required or used for Gas to Energy co-generation.
