Our engineering team works with clients and our estimators to customize design details on the front end, keeping fabrication, controls, and field services aligned with the project before any metal is cut.
Fabrication
ASME Section VIII pressure vessel fabrication and precision metal shop, both under one roof in Butner, NC.
- ASME "U" (New) and "R" (Repair) stamp certifications

- PFAS treatment vessels and vapor phase carbon vessels
- Replacement vessels and retrofits
- Vessels up to 30,000 lbs of treatment media
- Triangle Stainless metal fabrication: two industrial lasers, NSF-certified for kitchen and healthcare equipment
Internal fabrication reduces lead times and allows rapid deployment of treatment systems for time-sensitive projects. Triangle Stainless controls the process from first cut to final weld. All design, material prep, forming, assembly, and finishing happen in-house.
Controls

SCADA puts complete system management onto a single intuitive touchscreen, with remote monitoring via smartphone or PC. We include it in every new PRM build and can retrofit it into existing systems as a performance upgrade.
Field Services / Installations & O&M
Expert field crews and master technicians working on projects globally, from installation through long-term operations and maintenance.

- OSHA 8-Hour HAZWOPER supervisor trained
- CPR / First Aid / AED / bloodborne pathogens training
- Licensed for required trades; properly insured and bondable

- Pilot testing and episodic mass removal events
- Remedial system assessments to eliminate operational challenges and optimize uptime
PRM is one of the nation’s only equipment integrators third-party certified to manufacture treatment systems and equipment to UL and NFPA standards. Our field personnel design and install remedial systems matched to project needs.
