VOC Destruction for Vapor & Off-Gas Streams
PRM designs and manufactures oxidizer systems that destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in contaminated air and off-gas streams. For high-concentration vapor, gas-fired thermal and catalytic oxidizers achieve up to 99.99% destruction.
For sites without a gas supply, the all-electric FALCO® catalytic oxidizer line delivers reliable VOC destruction with simple operation. Both technologies integrate directly with PRM soil vapor extraction, air sparge, and remediation systems.

Two Oxidizer Technologies
PRM offers gas-fired thermal and catalytic oxidizers for high-concentration streams, and the all-electric FALCO® catalytic line for sites without a gas supply
Gas-Fired Thermal & Catalytic
Gas-fired thermal oxidizers destroy higher concentrations of VOCs by firing to 1400°F with a 1.5-second retention time. In catalytic mode the system operates at 700°F for lower fuel cost.

FALCO® Electric Catalytic
PRM’s FALCO® electric catalytic oxidizers (the CatOx-E line) destroy VOCs without a gas supply, using low-temperature monolithic catalyst modules. Built entirely of T304 stainless steel with a spiral-plate heat exchanger.
- All-electric — no gas supply required
