• Deliver the SMS alarm message requested by the customer or connected system.
• Notify the customer when that requested SMS message could not be sent.

We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect data during transmission. Because mobile numbers are processed dynamically without persistent storage, potential exposure of mobile data is minimized by design.

You maintain full control over your SMS notifications:

• Opt-Out: You can stop receiving automated alarm notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message sent from our number.
