SMS Alarm Messaging Terms
The HMI requires the operator to review these terms before configured SMS recipient information is used for alarm delivery by PRM Telemetry.

- ScopeSole Purpose and Scope
- After the operator reviews and acknowledges these terms on the HMI, configured recipient information may be used to deliver automated, real-time alarms and status alerts generated by the system.
- PrivacyData Storage and Privacy
- Phone numbers used for alert distribution are processed solely for immediate message delivery and are never stored or retained on our systems.
- FrequencyMessage Frequency
- Message frequency depends entirely on system activity and the number of alarm events generated by your system.
- CostCost
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- ControlOpt-Out Instructions
- Cancel the service at any time by texting STOP. You will receive a confirmation text and no further alerts will be sent.
- SupportHelp and Support
- For assistance, text HELP or contact telemetry@prmfiltration.com.
- DeliveryCarrier Liability
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
