PRM acquires Clean Globe Environmental, establishing a new Long Island-based division to expand Northeast environmental remediation and landfill gas services.
Product Recovery Management, Inc., an environmental remediation and landfill gas services firm based in Butner, North Carolina, completed its acquisition of Clean Globe Environmental, LLC effective January 2, 2026. The Long Island-based contractor specializes in environmental operations and maintenance, sampling, chemical injections, and geophysical services.
Clean Globe Environmental was founded by Brock Lownes and Tony Fiorentine, bringing more than 50 years of combined environmental contracting experience to the partnership. The company has served engineering firms, industrial clients, and government agencies throughout the Northeast.
According to Mel Phillips, President of PRM: "This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy, establishing the new CGE Division of PRM." Fiorentine will remain as General Manager of the division, which operates under the Clean Globe Environmental brand as a PRM subsidiary.
