PRM acquires Spartan Environmental Technologies, a provider of ozone and advanced oxidation water treatment systems, extending its capabilities into advanced water treatment.
Product Recovery Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of Spartan Environmental Technologies, strengthening its position as a comprehensive environmental solutions provider. The company now extends capabilities into advanced water treatment alongside its existing remediation and landfill gas management services.
Spartan, established in 2004, specializes in designing ozone generation and advanced oxidation systems for water treatment applications. The integration adds proven technology and product lines to PRM's existing portfolio.
"Spartan and Product Recovery Management have had a long-term partnership marketing and managing the SPARTOX technology since 2012," stated Anthony Sacco, Spartan's Managing Director. He expressed confidence that PRM will continue supporting existing customers and advancing the technology.
