PRM Control Panels are built in-house, certified by a third-party Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory, and serviced by top-level Control Shop Support. PRM is one of the nation's few equipment integrators that is able to provide UL Certified control panels as well as Third-Party Certified systems recognized in both the US and Canada.
PRM's certified panels go through testing that exceeds NRTL specifications and standards. The result is a panel that's safer to operate, easier to maintain, and unlikely to surprise your operators or your insurance carrier.

Relay-Based or PLC-Based Logic
PRM control panels can be built using either relay-based logic or PLC-based logic. PLC-based logic has many benefits including the simplicity of making control changes quickly to accommodate process modifications.
PLC-based control systems provide flexibility for expansion, are extremely reliable, require less space for hardware, and make troubleshooting easier when operational issues arise. Each control system is custom-designed for your application and comes complete with a full set of installation and wiring diagrams.

SCADA: Your Window to Operations
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) lets you run your system from a touchscreen on the panel, or remotely from a PC or phone if it's set up with one of our wireless telemetry packages.
SCADA pulls your controls and operational data into one interface. We integrate it into most systems we build, and we can retrofit it onto an existing system as an upgrade.
